First apply eye shadow, then move on to apply eyeliner
- A fine, even line of eyeliner should be applied has to be held taut to ensure proper lining of the whole length closest to the lashes.
- Color of the eyeliner should be same as the the color of the mascara.
- The line is tapered off while approaching inner and outer corners of the eye.
Tips on apply eyeliner.
- Use short feathery strokes instead of trying to draw one solid line.
- Do not apply thick eyeliner to small or close-set eyes.
- Do not over blend, spilling your eyeliner onto the skin under the lower lashes; that makes dark circles look worse.
